2011: Through hard work and dedication to our clients, we've
been ranked in as part of Qualified Remodeler Magazine's Top
500!
The annual listing is published to
recognize remodeling firms for six criteria of success: Annual
sales volume for the previous year, total number of years in
business, association membership, certified employees on staff,
industry awards and community service.
Each company submitted a letter or
audited statement from their CPA to verify their total volume of
sales.
John Erwin Remodeling, Inc was
ranked in the 2010 Top 500 and we are extremely excited to have
qualified and been listed for a second year in 2011. Qualified
Remodeler Magazine publishes their Top 500 list in the August
issue, and online at:

Founded in 1975, Qualified Remodeler was the first magazine
dedicated to serve the residential and light commercial
remodeling industry. Cygnus Business Media publishes the
magazine, which serves more than 81,000 remodeling firms
nationwide.

Remodeling and the Olympia Master Builders recently joined
forces to host a Puget Sound Blood Center blood drive. Our very
own John Erwin was one of the first on the gurney on Friday July
22nd.
If you are like 94% of Americans,
you may have never donated blood. We urge you to consider giving
blood as the need is tremendous.

May/June 2011: We're always
happy when our clients are happy with their project and getting
a local industry award or two is just icing on the cake, but as
we've grown so has our reach. Not only did we earn 3 Olympia
Master Builder (OMB) awards this spring, but we also were
awarded by the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW)
for our work. This is our first state wide recognition.... and
we got 2! We are elated and owe it all to our great clients and
the hard work of our team.

Remodeling, Inc was humbled to learn that we were voted "Best
Contractor" as part of the Best Of South Sound annual
community poll conducted by The Olympian newspaper.
The "Best Of" provides an annual
opportunity for The Olympian's readers, both online and in
print, to vote for who they think is the "best" in nearly 100
business categories, even contractors.
We are honored to be recognized
and owe our gratitude to our tremendous clients who were
compelled by their experience to vote for us in this poll. In
addition, this award was earned by the hard working staff and
dedicated crew that is John Erwin Remodeling, Inc.
We are fortunate to have received
several distinctions over the years, but this is our first as a
Best Of South Sound Winner and we are overjoyed! Thank You South
Sound!
December 2010: Much
to our surprise, the Olympia Master Builders awarded us "Remodeler
of the Year" for the work we've done in our community
throughout 2010. We are very appreciative of this recognition
and owe it all our great clients and the great team members that
make up our crew. Thank You!
November 2010:
PLEASE DONATE!
John Erwin Remodeling is
participating in the Adopt-A-Platoon program and we are
gathering socks, snacks, hygiene items, DVD’s, magazines, cards
and other items to send to our soldiers in Afghanistan.
The Adopt-A-Platoon program is a
not for profit group founded in 1998 as a all volunteer effort
serving deployed United States Service Men and Women ensuring
that they are not forgotten by a grateful nation. They also
serve injured troops via the AAP walking wounded program and
assist military veterans. For more info aboout AAP, check out

boxes on December 1st by dropping off suggested items at our
office.
October-November 2010:
 The
Holidays are approaching, yet the season of giving is always
upon us. Did you know that one in six Americans are fighting
hunger? Help us assist our friends and neighbors locally by
donating to our Canned Food Drive. All donations will go to the
Thurston County Food Bank. Come by our office to drop off any
non-perishable goods before November 19th. Donate five or more

The 2010 Big Home & Garden Show
